Using SoundCloud for Final Production

SoundCloud is a online music streaming website for unsigned artists to upload their music for others to listen to. SoundCloud allowed my group to listen to unsigned artists ( as weren't allowed to use signed artists in our production) and then if it suited our final piece, we would upload it onto Serif Movieplus X5 and use it as my backing track. I found that SoundCloud was an excellent way for unsigned artists to promote themselves, and an easy way to upload onto Serif Movieplus. It was an easy way to give my group a backing track, as the artists were unsigned, so we didn't need to have permission from the individual artist to upload/ use their music piece in our final production.
